In your Feb/March 2010 magazine...someone obviously did a poor job editing...1 Cup = 8 oz...not 4 oz........I found several recipes where your measurements standards were off...check out macaroni and cheese recipes and one of your soup recipes! Additionally in one of the macaroni dishes you called for 4 cups of milk........talk about soup macaroni....even with the cheeses combined...the 4 cups of milk was really too much......Just thought you would like to know that we had company for this dish tonight and of course the recipe failed!

Love to browse through this magazine for dinner/breakfast ideas/recipes. I have never had a bad recipe from this magazine. Love the pictures (like to know what it's suppose to look like) and how they group a meal together. The nutrition information helps me with my diabetes.
